2024 SUMMER & FALL CAMPS

Horse Camps

Three Witches Farm & Stable offers three unique horse-camp experiences! With three instructors on staff, your child is guaranteed a fun and safe experience.

Summer Camps

Each camp is unique; we will cover different topics, have different crafty-activities, and different guest speakers at each camp. However, all camps will cover basic horse safety, horsemanship, tack, and some basic veterinary knowledge. Also, ALL of our camps include daily riding lessons. Because the number of riders in each group is limited, Three Witches Farm & Stables cannot guarantee a reserved spot until we receive your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your spot or in the unlikely event that the camp session is cancelled. Camp balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to the session. Camps run from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Before and/or after care is available for an additional fee.

Fall Camp

Fall Overnight Camp, date: TBD

This is now an overnight camp.  Campers will arrive at 6pm Friday and we will start in the barn.  All campers will get a chance to ride a horse and we will cover the basics of caring for your horse for the weekend.  We will spend the mornings focused on horses.  Each camper will be placed into a group based on age and riding skills.  The program will allow each camper to succeed at their own pace in a supervised and friendly setting.  We will give your child an opportunity for building self-esteem, self awareness and self-discovery in a wonderful child specific outdoor environment.  Our horse camp allows a chance to build a relationship with a horse and not only learn to ride but to learn about horses.  Every child will receive 3 group lessons during the camp, have seminar sessions some lectures and some hands on, crafts, make horse treats and play time.  Our camp will end Sunday afternoon with a trail ride.  Children can be picked up between 2-3pm. If you have your own horse, boarding will be available for an additional fee.  Kids that have been riding for some time are welcome also, we will cover topics in more detail and include some advanced horse management for you.  Ages 10 to 17 welcome.

Seminar topics covered in the past are colors, markings, breeds, teeth care, hoof & farrier care, feeds, skeletal and muscular systems, basic first aid, pasture care, trailering and boots and bandages.

Want to sign up?

We do ask that you pre-register for the camp of your choosing, however, Three Witches will take registrations up until ONE WEEK before the camp begins.
